A good short set!
Philadelphians and visitors can see Laurie Kilmartin at Helium 2 November...and Maria Bamford on several days in late October in the same club. And, with luck, you won't be seated next to the door near the dishwasher as I was at one afternoon show (Jimmy Pardo and Matt Belknap of Never Not Funny) a few years back.

Great set! Never heard of Laurie before but I'll have to look into her further. It's nice to see standup these days with an edge to it without the comedian resorting to expletive laden rants.
Well she doesn't rant too much, but in less FCC-patrolled venues, she doesn't temper her language, while also not being, say, Rudy Ray Moore. Glad you liked the set...do check their sites for more good work.
