La Melle Prince sounds so much like Patsy, I would have identified it as her for sure. I love those strong female voices.
Doesn't she? And yet, as I mentioned, we almost immediately lost her as a recording artist (as far as I can find), and gained Bocephus...who makes Alabama look creative and talented and Charlie Daniels sophisticated and tasteful in comparison.
